We provide free artwork setup with all our products and services for the initial single design, any additional design setup is subject to an additional charge.

Just upload your artwork using the Upload Artwork button or email it to sales@yourtwist.co.uk with any instructions (such as border widths), and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ll prepare your artwork, send you a digital proof for approval, and once you’re happy, we’ll start production.

Important: Artwork must be at least the same size as your chosen sticker size. For best results, please use 300dpi files.

What is a die-cut sticker?
A die-cut (or contour-cut/custom-shaped) sticker is cut precisely to follow the outline of your artwork, giving it a unique shape.

Can I order a sample of my design?
Yes! Use our single-quantity option to order samples before committing to a larger run.

How many designs can I include per order?
Up to 4 designs per order. (if you require a higher number of designs please contact us as this is available for larger quantity orders)

How do I upload multiple designs?

• Group your files into a .zip folder (select files > right-click > Send To > Compressed zipped folder) and upload it via our Upload Artwork button.
• Alternatively, email your designs to sales@yourtwist.co.uk

Are your stickers weatherproof?
Yes, our vinyl stickers are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

What adhesive do you use?
We use a clear permanent acrylic adhesive that holds firmly but removes without leaving residue.

Are vinyl stickers environmentally friendly?
Since vinyl contains PVC, they aren’t classed as eco-friendly. However, our stickers are durable and long-lasting, so they’re not “single-use.”

Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes—our Eco paper stickers are made from responsibly sourced papers, are PVC-free, and come on 100% recyclable glassine backing.

How thick are your stickers?
Our Materials are 100 microns thick unless specified for specific products

Can I write on your stickers?
Yes, you can write on matte vinyl and Eco paper stickers with most pens.

Can stickers have internal cuts?
Yes, we can create internal cut lines. We don’t weed (remove) the cut pieces, but you can easily do this yourself.

How long do I have to send artwork?
You have up to 1 week from your order date to submit artwork.

Can I reorder the same design?
Yes—we store artwork for 24 months. Just provide your previous order number when reordering or name order is placed under

Production Times
Our custom sticker and label printing typically takes 2-3 working days from proof approval, plus delivery time (see options below).

Please note: The production times shown on our website are based on average-sized orders. For larger quantities, multiple custom products, or complex bespoke designs may take slightly longer, please contact us for a more accurate timeframe.

Delivery
We only recommend using our Standard shipping option for non-urgent orders. For Urgent orders Please choose Express Shipping this is sent by Royalmail Special Delivery which is next working day by 1pm, Please note this is Next working day from dispatch and not from date of order placement as your order will require proofing and production time.
