At Your Twist, we put a lot of care into making sure you’re completely happy with every product you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — just get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include a short description of the issue so we can sort it out quickly for you.
Before sending anything back, please wait for instructions from one of our team members — this helps us make sure everything is handled smoothly.
We’re happy to replace any items that:

were damaged in transit,

are different from what you ordered.

were made in the wrong size or material.
Because our custom products are made especially for you, we’re not able to refund or replace them if:

the issue is related to your own design,
-
it’s due to the materials you selected, or
-
the finished product just isn’t quite what you imagined (see Samples below for help with this!).
Samples
We know that bringing your ideas to life takes a bit of experimenting! That’s why we offer a sample service to help you perfect your design before going into full production.
Creating a few prototypes first gives you a better feel for how your final product will look and helps avoid any surprises once it’s complete.
