Your Twist Happiness Guarantee

At Your Twist, we put a lot of care into making sure you’re completely happy with every product you receive.

If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — just get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include a short description of the issue so we can sort it out quickly for you.

Before sending anything back, please wait for instructions from one of our team members — this helps us make sure everything is handled smoothly.

We’re happy to replace any items that:

  • were damaged in transit,

  • are different from what you ordered.

  • were made in the wrong size or material.

Because our custom products are made especially for you, we’re not able to refund or replace them if:

  • the issue is related to your own design,

  • it’s due to the materials you selected, or

  • the finished product just isn’t quite what you imagined (see Samples below for help with this!).


Samples

We know that bringing your ideas to life takes a bit of experimenting! That’s why we offer a sample service to help you perfect your design before going into full production.

Creating a few prototypes first gives you a better feel for how your final product will look and helps avoid any surprises once it’s complete.
